Hmm... you don't know me but i read your blog. Through what you posted I could see someone's trying to draw your lil' attention.
If you think you're in love with her,THAT'S EASY. Why not giving yourself a chance to accept a new one? Gift and flowers are pretty obvious that she's into you or she might have confessed to you?
Somehow if you're unsure and you understand the feeling is only like how you adore a friend. Then i think you should be frank to that particular person. No one likes waiting and do not ever giving wrong signals. It hurts.
Most relationships were in vain when they'd realized that's not the one. Some even think it's better to pick someone who likes you more than you do. I found people like this are selfish.
Never be feared to be in love. Enjoy the moment when you're in love and 'happiness' is the sign of a healthy relationship.
*ps: never ever listen to your friends' opinions. They are not you, they couldn't read your mind or your needs.

No one knows because you told no one. The fear of getting hurt is so over-powering you that you are closing up yourself. Scar will always be there even when the wound has healed. Learn to forgive but never forget as life still goes on. =)
As much as I would like to agree to -passerby-'s comment, I disagree it.
"Gift and flowers are pretty obvious that she's into you or she might have confessed to you?" --- This could just meant that person takes you as a real close friend. Not everyone has any ulterior motive in all actions. Life and human can be as simple as it seems.

However, sometimes some "advice" from friends are necessary. Ultimately, the decision is still yours.
Try to open up yourself, life would be better and simpler. Its easier said than done, but try to make the 1st step out. There will always be somebody out there willing to listen and lend you a shoulder to lean on.
